Life and Death:
As we go about living a life pleasing to The Lord let's take a few moments describing what it means and list some Bible verses which the Christian hold dear.
1.) The one who knows beyond any doubting heaven is their eternal rest, knows beyond any doubt they have been born again. They understand they have been given a redo if you will, or a reset of their life by The Lord Jesus Christ. The 1599 Geneva Bible say this: John 3:1-6 "There was now a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. This man came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God, for no man could do these miracles that thou doest, except God were with him. Jesus answered and said unto him, verily, verily I say unto thee, except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus said unto him, how can a man be born which is old? Can he enter into his mother’s womb again, and be born? Jesus answered, Verily, verily I say unto thee, except that a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh, is flesh: and that that is born of the Spirit, is spirit.
2 Corinthians 5:17 "Therefore, if any man be in Christ, let him be a new creature. Old things are passed away: behold, all things are become new."
Psalm 119:105 "Thy word is a lantern unto my feet, and a light unto my paths." Psalm 119:11 "Thy word have I hid in my heart that I might not sin against Thee"
